The first pic if I am not mistaken is the Kurnia Insurance building (Rumah Tengku Kudin?). The second pic is definitely The Tower.

if i'm not mistaken.. Kurnia's building is the one with blue roof.. behind that building.. i think it's called 'heritage something' ..

Kurnia Insurance building is the one with the blue roof. The building in the pic is Heritage House where the Samarkand restaurant is located. If Im not mistaken, Heritage House used to be called Rumah Tunku Kudin - read abt this soemwhere but can't really recall.
