It has a spire though, I'm sure it would looks great when finished...I'm sure..:)

it's located in International City phase III next to the "original international city"

the phase III is just HUGE! There could be over 300 these 6-14floors buildings! :runaway:

we've seen it a couple of times on maps, nothing serious until today though
