I think so, since the disign look very similar.

Wireless rd. would be more vibrant and impressive. CBD's skyline will be improved by those gorgeous projects.

I like the overall look (and location) of this wonderful project :okay:

I wonder if they will also have a mini shopping arcade somewhere in the Athenee complex (sort of like the All Seasons hotel/office/condo/shopping complex)...I remember some sales staff said that a few retail boutiques and shops will be at the base of Athenee Residence :) maybe more shops in the basement???

from that big pic, it looks like the Athenee Tower is like a "T" (not an "L") with Athenee Residence right?

well, I use a Nikon Coolpix 4500, http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/nikoncp4500/
it's a "simple" 4 megapixels, but i didn't even use the max resolution for these shots (just 1600*1200 instead of 2272 x 1704), just to downsize them to 1024*768...
The original ones are even sharper, but too big to be posted here... and to be honest i'm afraid that 1024*768 may still be too big for users with a dial-up internet connection. I'll keep using this resolution though.

I LOVE that wierd brown building with round columns and white windows next to Athenee in post #97. That is a genuine 1960s classic that should be in Wallpaper magazine (like the printing firm on the north end of Thonglor opposite H1). Anyone know what it is? Wanna visit it!

can someone tell me from a design/architect perspective why the building (office and condo) "look" very different from the hotel ... they dont seem to blend (unlike all seasons place).. is this intentional to create separate space perspective to the hotel?

Another sign that the "CBD" (such as it is) will slowly migrate around the MRT/BTS.

Asoke/Makkasan looks a winner over time, and Sathorn a big loser (unless they get BRT/MRT soon)...

^^ MRT I really doubt that, BRT at least hopefully. I really wanna see that on Sathorn not just on Narathiwart where it not even gonna run through the big intersection - -.
