Madinah reminds me a lot of Europe, especially London's Regent Street. The buildings have a certain height, are polished clean, and have the same architecture. But. offcourese Madina is much nicer and cleaner. I like the style and the uniqueness. I hope they do not build a skyskraper of something.

Is there any residential project in Madinah open to Non Saudi citizen or Any time share project available yet? (sorry to start another Madinah thread,did not realize other one existed).

I don't think so Mini Me. Other than Mecca's Abraj Al Bait tower, the only option non-Saudis have is to rent.

Medinah seems to be very quiet these days, except for the Knowledge Economic City of course.

while browsing through these Saudi pages, Medinah is the poorest in terms of activity. Is that the true case? or it has been only reported the least?
