Raimon Land appoints Savills as property manager and leasing agent for Northpoint in Pattaya.



Raimon Land has appointed Savills Thailand as its property manager and leasing agent for Northpoint, the Pattaya luxury residential project which is due for completion early next year.

The 376-unit development located on Wong-Amat beach offers luxury units, duplexes and penthouses ranging in size from 50 to 800 square metres. It was recognised as the Best Condo Development on the Eastern Seaboard at the Thailand Property Awards 2008, and also boasts Thailand´s number one golfer Thongchai Jaidee as an owner.

Raimon Land Chief Executive Officer, Hubert Viriot, said the selection represented Raimon Land’s vision for Pattaya as a high-end, outdoor lifestyle destination.

He said: “We are thrilled to team up with Savills Thailand as property managers and leasing agents for our Northpoint development, as they have both an in-depth understanding of the Pattaya property market and a highly successful track record in managing high-end residential projects, making them the ideal choice.”

Good for them. Shame the CEO for Raimon Land hasn't got something to say about The Lofts Southshore, where they are treating their customers with total contempt. And this is a company that boasts integrity as one of their key attributes!

Come on RL tell us what you're doing with Southshore....

Both towers still look totally unfinished and really very ugly. Looked inside one of the units a month ago and the finish was really poor. I don't understand why everyone's so excited about Northpoint - at the moment at least, a better name would be No Point.

Also, the Lofts Southshore will be "delayed" again. Heading for a public relations nightmare RL if you're not careful!!

Raimon Land are big talkers but deliver nothing. Just take a look at there marketing for Zire.. ooops someone forgot to draw in the 2 really ugly towers called No point.. or maybe they din't forget :lol:

Actually till now Raimonland were better then most developers in terms of delivering the product the are selling regarding quality and standard, tough i am not sure about the building managment after delivery to juristic person.

\I agree tough that it is absurd that they "Forgot" the two towers that they build next door in the PR for The Zire which shows dishonesty

I'm really puzzled by some of the comments above.

I own a unit at Northpoint - 10th floor in the south tower. I bought it off plan in October 2006. I completed the purchase and took possession of my unit one year ago and was one of the first owners to move in.

There were a few defects that have all been rectified. The unit is superb and is completed to a very high standard. In fact, you would need to go over it with a magnifying glass to find any minor imperfections. The general standard of construction and the beautiful landscaped gardens are world class. The view from my balcony over the beachfront gardens and the sea beyond is awesome.

Raimon Land staff have been great to deal with. No complaints from me. Also, the current property management agents, Savills, are a pleasure to deal with too.

I spend about 25% of my time at Northpoint and the experience of living there genuinely exceeds my original expectations - which were very high. I won't be selling any time soon. :)

ไปเที่ยวพัทยาเพิ่งกลับมาพักแถวตึกนั้นแหล่ะมองเห็นตรงระเบียงพอดีเลย ตอนเดินผ่านไป มีพนักงานคอยเรียกให้ เข้าไปชมโครงการด้วยแหล่ะ อิอิ แต่ไม่ได้ขึ้นไป ไม่มีเวลาต้องไปพัทยาปาร์คก่อนที่พระอาทิตย์จะทำมุม90องศาเดียวภาพไม่สวย

สุดท้ายไปถึง ฟ้าครึ้มเชียว เสียดายเวลามากมาย ตึกจริงสวยนะแต่แลดูว่างมากมาย แถมมีหลายโครงการขึ้นคัตเอาท์ในเวลาเดียวกันคงมีคนซื้อแหล่ะ เยอะเหลือเกินตัวเลือก

เดียวนี้นักท่องเที่ยวหลักเป็นรัสเซียอย่างเด็มตัวแล้ว โรงแรมที่พักเดินเข้าไปยังกับอยู่มอสควา ซรดาซๆบรึซๆซิบะๆ กันใหญ่เลย

Have to agree with Tin Tong there will never be another Northpoint also having a unit there I would say the standard of management sucks and I doubt they will survive once the Juristic Committee control is taken away from the developers probably in 6 months.

Anyone buying in The Zire expecting the same quality should think again was there last week the grey pool tiles gives the feeling of a mud pond and the cheap wall mounted air cons say it all LPN deliver more !

Wow,So many positive comments on North Point in the begining ,and now so negative.
I think it looks great,I'd like to see what the inside is like.Would want a higher floor than the tenth though,but as long as you're happy...thats all that matters.
