Jakarta was booming at the time...half the buildings in the CBD now were completed within a 5 year time span in the 90s... ryanr November 14th, 2005, 03:11 AM ^^ during Jakarta's boom in the 90s i wasnt a total skyscraper fan yet (although was a bit interested)...so i didnt really pay attention.
