i'm not a fan of the design.it seems that israeli architects have no imagination or that contractors want to save the more money possible

Yeah that will be nice....and the design is not so bad...it depends where the tower is located.

i think it will extrimely improve the visual aspect of the location , it's on the border between bnei-brak and ramat gan

Its a big building in a not so big area.
If this was max 14 floors, it would be termed nice

I am not a big fan of the design to say the least, but it will be a huge improvement on the current area.

It could have been worse...they could have build two of them like they do with al of these ugly towers...

G-d.. while all eastern european countries are demolishing this kind of buildings, we actually contracting them?!? :doh:

^^ east europe is demolishing soviet comiblocks which were poor standard and degraded because the residents couldnt maintain towers,
this tower at least a) is high standard, b) has a huge public library included in it c) isnt waisting valuable space in ramat gan's center d) is for the rich who can look after the marble exterior etc..
