lavason is the beverly hills of tehran. that is where all the rich and upper middle class people live, the town is very beautiful.

Actually thats Lar Dam which can be seen from lavasan! One of the 4 dams covering tehran! Its actually quit a distance from Karaj Dam!

Even though these homes are very fancy, if you go furthur up north passing lavasan into ooshan, fasham, laloon, and etc. home prices start from 250k and go up to 14 million dollars.

wait a litlle bit more caus eprices are falling...!
and lavisan is difficult terrain!you have to know mayn people to build there houses!and u wont find highrises cause lavisan is part of a greenbelt for tehran and if look at the pics u see wath i mean.....
they dont allow much buildings there anymore cause it is protected zones!
