Tochal is the name of a mountain range adjacent to the metropolitan Tehran, Iran. Mount Tochal itself is 3,964 m (13,005 feet) high, at coordinates 35.88° N 51.42° E. From Tehran starts a seven station gondola lift which ends in the Tochal Ski Resort. Tochal is a popular recreational region for Tehran's population.

The Tochal cable railway is one of the longest ever built.

depends if u keep fit mate. u get a lot of athletes training at high altitudes to get their lungs stronger, its got some thing to do with the absorbtion rate into ur blood. :cheers:
