Does anyone know where I can find a list of pre-construction projects in the Doral and/or Miami Lakes areas?

I have a great web site for you to check out for all your pre construction answers, www.doraldoral.com This site tells me all that's under construction and starting in the City of Doral area. I work in this area at times when I'm scheduled out there, and to tell you the truth, its Booming here like No other city in Miami-Dade County. :cheers:
:) In Fact its over building just north of N.W. 74th Street and west of N.W. 107th Avenue, their even building the newest counties Largest most expensive 3 floor computered Doral Senior High School to open in Fall 2006 at the N.W. 107th Avenue and 96th Street location for over 4,000 students and will grow up to over 6,000 students when fully occupied by 2009 :runaway: .

its only three stories? they gotta get more efficient wit these schools... build em 10 stories, or build a huge school 50 stories downtown, thatll solve overcrowding... put it by the metro and have school buses from all over the county drop kids off at stations... did some doodles during class the other day... i really do think it would work... lol

DORAL OFFICE TOWER: With Eurosuites - a 10-story, 368-room condo-hotel - under construction in Doral, Concalpro Group Corp. is taking another giant step. The Venezuelan developer is building a mixed-use Class A office building on 5 acres at Northwest 107th Avenue at 33rd Street in downtown Doral. "We are still in initial stages," Vice President Leonardo Ambard said of the building, projected to be 14 stories, the maximum in Doral's master plan. "We already received approval from the airport authority, which said there shouldn't be a problem with height."
