Here's a building we've almost missed, I can't seem to find any threads on it!

It's called Nexus and it's in St Leonards opposite the Arden development, and not too far behind Abode.

This is a small render of what it should look like when completed, care of Australand!

Here's what it looks like now. Much better than render! It looks absolutely fantastic in person as they've used really good materials on this building making the whole development look extremely high qualitly.

The bottom 2 floors of Nexus will be devoted to commercial space. I imagine the very bottom floor @ street frontage will be allocated for retail.

As far as the 88 apartments in Nexus, they have already been sold with only 3 left for sale. So total number of apartments in Nexus = 91.

Great marketing Australand :) .

A very schmick looking building with fantastic low key/ultra cool colours and materials. I would love to live here as it's clost to St Leonards so transport is a breeze and it's just down the street n' round the corner from Crows Nest's cafes, restaurants, supermarkets etc. A top building, a top spot, a top shot! :okay:
