Globes reported that another 4 new towers are in planning in Ir Yamim (City of the Seas) in Netanya: Mizrahi group bought one of the 4 plots.
Each towers will be 20-25 storeys tall.

anyway that is pretty standard, the apartments are probably around 250,000$
so you would expect middle-upper income families (the 2 cars, 3 kids and a dog type).
