WOW.. Never knew that was coming!! Do u know, MillenniaL if this project is proposed since the date you wrote was 2003. And is the glass-pyramidal structure a different sheraton hotel than the exsisting one and the two twin triangular ones?? Nice pics..

And about the year "07-2003", it’s the date of the model when it was made

The legendary Doha Sheraton. Looks like a great expansion but if it was announced or proposed in 2003, I can't see it built (nearly 3 years now) unless it's a serious plan.

Qatar is comin up with cool developments.

Well, you can't have it for ever. It is also getting a bit out of date.
A change won't hurt. I think it will make it even better than before...

In this project, the Sheraton has not been touched. They trying to use the waist land around it which I don't see any thing wrong with it.

This proposal is from MZ & Partners if i'm right, Millenial, maybe you heard of it?

Otherwise, I really like it, i hope it gets built, it's very complementary to the current buildings there!
Would for sure be better that the giant parking lot it is now :|

oh yeah i remmember this project now...... really old !

but the square area is just 1 tower while the otherone is next to the old triangular building ^^

btw to me i think the glass pyramid that is going to be constructed in the middle of the parking lot looks much better since it seems to be new hotel rooms.... right ?
