The website doesn't indicate any dates, are these all proposals, any definate dates of completion?

All of them are approved..
Qatar national library is under construction and it should be ready for the Asian games but as usual, it's been delayed due to some problems that they are facing in how to rise the structure
The construction of the Museum of Islamic art is almost finished
The photography museum is been approved but the construction didn't start yet

well done, Millennial. i heard that the photography museum will be located between ministery of interior, which by the way rumors circulating that it will be demolished & they'll move into another building somewhere in doha, and al-bidda park.

hope the story about pho. mus. location is true, since i hate my previous job @ Majlis al-shura (advisory council), who where promised a new building right in the same spot, but i guess the authorities changed their mind. now that w'd give majils al-shura a dose of their medicine....yeeee-haaaaa! :bash:

Qatar library construction will start soom in january and is planned to finish in 2008, the sight for construction offices has been fenced near the Post Office building.
