Correct me if im wrong but I think I saw this building in Isfahan. My cousin told me too this building was stopped because it would have ruined the view and that a friend of his (Architectural engineer i thought) recently re-designed the building in some sort of castle like design:

I love and hate it! The minarets are too big, but the design is modern and yet Persian at the same time!

this is one of sepahan athletic club's (not just the football club but all the women/men teams) hotel type things, im not sure what the use is but i think its for the younger divisons where they bring young athletes from different cities

به گزارش ايرنا، 'عليرضا قاري قرآن' شامگاه چهارشنبه در ستاد اجلاس سران غير متعهد ها كه در سالن جلسات استانداري اصفهان و با حضور 'هادي سليمانپور' معاون وزير امورخارجه برگزار شد، افزود: در زمان حاضر مرحله خاكبرداري اين طرح انجام شده و اقدامات لازم براي بتون ريزي فراهم شده است.
وي با بيان اينكه در اين پروژه كارگران و مهندسين در سه نوبت كاري مشغول به فعاليت هستند، اظهارداشت: دربخشي از اين مكان،* 70 ويلا براي استقرار سران كشورهاي شركت كننده در اين اجلاس مشخص شده است.
معاون عمراني شهرداري اصفهان تصريح كرد: ظرفيت پوشش سالن اصلي دو هزار و 500 نفر و نيزگنجايش 170 هيات را به صورت مجزا دارد.
وي طراحي ساخت سه سالن 600 نفري براي انواع ملاقات ها با 12 كنفرانس همزمان و احداث هتل با دارا بودن 220 اتاق در مجموعه 50 هكتاري را از ديگر ويژگيهاي اين پروژه عنوان كرد.
قاري قرآن، انجام طراحي فضاهاي سالن، هتل، اقامتگاه VIP، محيط پيراموني، ويلاي اختصاصي و موارد جنبي را از اقدامات ديگر اين پروژه بيان كرد و گفت: مجموعه سايت غير متعهد ها در تيرماه سالجاري وارد مرحله بعدي عمليات ساخت مي شود.
وي اضافه كرد: در مجموع 35 هزار متر مربع فضاي اصلي، 20 هزار متر مربع ويلاي وي آي پي، 30 هزارمتر مربع فضاي هتل و21 هزار متر مربع فضاي پاركينگ در نظر گرفته شده است.
معاون عمراني شهرداري اصفهان به فضاي سبز اين پروژه اشاره كرد و افزود: 15 هكتار از اين مجموعه مربوط به فضاي سبز است.
وي با بيان اينكه اين پروژه در محدوده غير هم سطح سايت شهيد كشوري و نيز منطقه اشكاوند شهر اصفهان واقع شده است، اظهارداشت: شهرداري به عنوان مجري اين طرح، تفاهم نامه اي با هيات دولت براي ساخت اين مجموعه منعقد كرده است.
عمليات اجرايي احداث سالن اجلاس سران كشورهاي غير متعهد فروردين ماه سالجاري با حضور معاون رييس جمهوري و رييس سازمان ميراث فرهنگي، *گردشگري و صنايع دستي در اصفهان آغاز شد.
اعتبار احداث اين سالن بيش از 400 ميليارد تومان در نظر گرفته شده و قرار است اين اعتبار توسط دولت و شهرداري اصفهان تامين شود.
سالن مزبور در مجاورت مجموعه 'شهيد كشوري' و در جنوب شرقي اصفهان در 50 هكتار مساحت احداث خواهد شد.
اين سالن علاوه بر برگزاري نشست سران كشورهاي غير متعهد براي اجلاس بين المللي و جلسات ملي نيز مورد استفاده قرار مي گيرد.
قرار است اجلاس سران كشورهاي غيرمتعهد شهريور ماه سال آينده در شهر اصفهان برگزار شود.

وی از دیگر امکانات این طرح سخن به میان آورد و افزود: همچنین دور تا دور سالن اصلی استخر آب تعبیه شده است همانند ظرفی که داخل حوض قرار گرفته باشد.

با توجه به ارتفاع زیاد این سالن مقرر شده است تا با راه اندازی یک آسانسور در پشت آن برای شهروندان امکان صعود و مشاهده*ی منظره*ی شهر اصفهان از ارتفاع بالا فراهم شود

ساخت بزرگترین چاپخانه خاورمیانه در خوانسار ادامه دارد
اصفهان - خبرگزاری مهر: فرماندار شهرستان خوانسار گفت: ساخت بزرگترین چاپخانه خاورمیانه در شهرستان خوانسار که از اردیبهشت*ماه سال*جاری آغاز شده همچنان ادامه دارد.
سید محمد باقر محمدی در گفتگو با خبرنگار مهر بیان داشت: به منظور افزایش اشتغال*زایی در شهرستان خوانسار، طرح احداث بزرگترین چاپخانه خاورمیانه که کلنگ ساخت آن با حضور وزیر صنایع و معادن در سال گذشته به زمین زده شد به اجرا در خواهد آمد.

وی اظهار داشت: این پروژه در زمینی به مساحت حدود 42 هزار متر است که در شش ماهه نخست سال*جاری به بهره*برداری خواهد رسید.

فرماندار خوانسار با اشاره به اینکه با راه*اندازی این چاپخانه روزانه حدود 300 تن کاغذ وارد این واحد صنعتی و 300 تن کاغذ از آن خارج می*شود، گفت: همین میزان چاپ به ترانزیت بیش از 90 تریلی در روز در محورهای مواصلاتی این شهرستان منجر می*شود.

وی با اشاره به اینکه با راه*اندازی کارخانه نگین فولاد در شهرستان خوانسار زمینه اشتغال 700 نفر به صورت مستقیم در شهرستان فراهم خواهد شد، ادامه داد: این واحد صنعتی سال گذشته و با حضور وزیر صنایع و معادن در زمینی به مساحت 50 هکتار کلنگ*زنی شد.

محمدی افزود: حجم سرمایه*گذاری این طرح صنعتی 110 میلیارد تومان برآورد شده است که زمینه اشتغال غیرمستقیم سه هزار نفر را نیز فراهم خواهد کرد.

وی اضافه کرد: عملیات اجرایی این پروژه فولادسازی از اردیبهشت*ماه*سال*جاری آغاز شده است.

فرماندار خوانسار تصریح کرد: کارخانه فولادسازی و بزرگترین چاپخانه خاورمیانه در شهرستان خوانسار، از مهاجرت ساکنان حدود چهار روستا جلوگیری خواهد کرد و زمینه اشتغال مطلوبی برای جوانان این شهرستان فراهم می*کند.

وی بیان داشت: 27 طرح صنعتی و نیمه صنعتی در شهرستان خوانسار دردست اقدام است که برخی از آنها به پایان رسیده است به گونه*ای که پروژه*های نیمه تمام صنعتی شهرستان تا دوسال آینده به بهره*برداری و پایان خواهند رسید.

محمدی با بیان اینکه اجرای پروژه*های صنعتی شهرستان خوانسار نرخ بیکاری این شهرستان را تا دو سال آینده به صفر خواهد رساند، اضافه کرد: با راه*اندازی کارخانه*فولادسازی علاوه بر تامین اشتغال مورد نیاز شهرستان نیروهای مازاد مورد نیاز از دیگر شهرستان*هاس همچوار خوانسار تامین و مشکل بیکاری آنها نیز رفع می*شود.

علي*اصغر گرانمايه پور در گفت*و*گو با خبرنگار فارس در كاشان گفت: سرمايه*گذار چيني با آورده بيش از 2 هزار ميلياردي خود سرمايه*گذاري و اقدام به احداث اين كارخانجات در اين شهرستان خواهد كرد.
وي افزود: برگزاري مذاكرات گروه چيني با فرماندار كاشان و تشكيل جلسات در خصوص حل و فصل آغاز عمليات اجرايي احداث اين كارخانجات تا سه ماه آينده به طول مي*انجامد.
نماينده مردم شهرستان*هاي كاشان و آران و بيدگل در مجلس تصريح كرد: زمان ساخت اين كارخانجات و ميزان اشتغالزايي آن نيز به انعقاد تفاهم*نامه*ها، قراردادها، تعداد واگن*ها، ماشين*آلات و ميزان وسعت زمين بستگي دارد.
به گفته وي با توجه به اينكه در حال حاضر نياز به ساخت واگن قطارهاي بين شهري و مترو در كلان شهرها افزايش يافته و مشكل خريد واگن*هاي آن از خارج با قيمت بالايي تمام مي*شود صنعت حمل و نقل در كشور مورد توجه قرار گرفته *است.
وي با اشاره به تصويب اعتبارات فراواني براي اجراي طرح كلان شهرها در مجلس خاطرنشان كرد: ساخت كارخانجات واگن*سازي در كاشان قطعي است و طي مقدماتي مذاكرات سرمايه*گذار چيني با فرماندار اين شهرستان هم برگزار شده و جلسات بعدي مذاكره نيز در دستور كار قرار گرفته *است.
گرانمايه*پور در ادامه با تأكيد بر استقبال دولت و مجلس براي ورود صنعت، سرمايه*گذاري براي ايجاد صنايع مادر و اشتغال*زايي آن گفت: با احداث اين كارخانجات، كشور از واردات واگن*هاي خارجي به ويژه چيني بي*نياز مي*شود.
به گفته وي با استقبال از سرمايه*گذاران خارجي، دولت افزايش خط توليد و توسعه صنعت در داخل را كه مورد تأكيد مقام معظم رهبري نيز است مورد حمايت قرار مي*دهد.

take a look at this, pretty unexpected i should say, its a villa town in chadegan, outside of esfahan , on the zayande banks

some the villas are somewhat ugly, some are nice, some repetitive, but in general its good and the green space is great and very settled, its nice, hopefully in the future the house get better aswell

i think they should make some permanent residential suburbs for people to live in,

not alot, but a small ring around the city to slowly make a transition from the natural areas outside the city to the inside, it should be full of gardens and green spaces

به گزارش ایمنا، دکتر سید مرتضی سقاییان نژاد با اعلام این مطلب گفت: رينگ چهارم شهر به طول 78كيلومتر است كه 41كيلومتر آن در محدوده شهر اصفهان و مابقي در شهرهاي اطراف از جمله فلاورجان، خمینی شهر درچه و فلاورجان قرار دارد

وی اظهار امید واری کرد: با تعامل و همکاري شهرداري شهرهای های اقماری ،اداره کل راه وترابری و معاونت عمرانی استانداری رينگ چهارم به منظور حفاظت از حريم شهر و اراضي كشاورزي و نيز جلوگيري از توسعه ناموزن شهر احداث شود همچنین با اجرايي شدن این طرح مشکل تردد خودروهای سنگین داخل شهر به صورت زيربنايي مرتفع خواهد شد.

محوطه های بلوکهای f , g به زودی پایان خواهد یافت

به دنبال تحویل بلوک های f , g از فاز 4 و 5 پروژه شهید کشوری و اتصال برق ، اب و گاز این مجموعه مسکونی اجرای محوطه سازی این بلوکها اغاز گردیده است. پیمانکار این مجموعه در خصوص تأخیر در اجرای محوطه ها گفت: به دلیل حفاری ، لوله گذاری و تست شبکه برق، آب و گاز اجرای محوطه ی این بلوک ها به تعویق افتاد در طول این مدت اجرای سنگ فرش و بسترسازی های لازم انجام شد. هم اکنون نیز روشنایی و نصب چراغ های محوطه انجام گردیده و 80% از اجزای سنگ فرش محوطه ها ، خیابان کشی و خاکریزی لازم صورت گرفته است.
وی در خصوص اتمام نهایی محوطه سازی بلوک ها گفت: با توجه به رفع موانع، پیش بینی می کنیم محوطه سازی این مجموعه در بهمن ماه سال جاری به طور کامل به اتمام برسد.
وی در پاسخ به این سوال که ایجاد فضای سبز محوطه ها چه زمانی اجرا خواهد شد گفت: اجرای فضای سبز به عهده شهرداری منطقه 6 می باشد و شرکت عمران آبشار در این خصوص تعهدی ندارد اما مجدانه پیگیر این مهم می باشند. اجرای روشنایی محوطه ها نیز بعهده این شرکت نبود اما به منظور آسایش اعضا و ساکنین شرکت هزینه های اجرای روشنایی محوطه ها را متقبل شد که در حال اجرا می باشد.

the designs are alright, however, i think nice white colour would be good on these, and in many of these housing projects only 2 sides of the buildings have windows, the others are just brick walls with tiny (some without) windows, they need to make the windows all around to give a better view and a much better , completed look

آغاز عمليات اجرايي ساخت تالار مرکزي و موزه اصفهان در مجتمع بزرگ آبشار

تالار مرکزی و موزه اصفهان در زمینی به وسعت 20/000 متر مربع در مجموعه کلان شهری مجتمع بزرگ آبشار احداث خواهد شد. کلنگ ساخت این مجموعه فرهنگی در پایان سال 88 با حضور وزیر فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی وقت و استاندار اصفهان به زمین زده شد. این زمین که در اختیار اداره کل فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی استان قرار گرفته است پس گذراندان مراحل طراحی و انجام مطالعات هم اکنون مرحله آماده سازی کارگاه را پشت سر میگذارد و بزودی ساخت این مجموعه فرهنگی که نیاز کلان شهر اصفهان است آغاز خواهد گردید.

8 بلوک، هر بلوک 8 طبقه ، هر طبقه 5 واحد ، مجموعه های یاس 2 و یاس 3 را تشکیل می دهد.
اشاره به دو طبقه پارکینگ و دو آسانسور در هر بلوک این مجموعه نیز ، خالی از لطف نمی تواند باشد .
مساحت واحدها از 107 متر مربع آغاز و به 118 متر مربع ختم می گردد .
کمی دقت به رقم زیر بنای مجموعه بزرگی آن را ملموس تر می کند :
55/504 متر مربع .

مجموعه نسترن را 128واحد مسکونی و مجموعه مریم را 132واحد مسکونی تشکیل می دهد .
زیر بنایی به مساحت 620 /39 مترمربع شامل 43بلوک میباشد.
بلوک ها دو طبقه و چهار طبقه هستند که یک طبقه پارکینگ نیز در خود جای داده اند.
52 متر مربع و 152 متر مربع حداقل و اکثر مساحت واحدهای این دو مجموعه است .
شامل واحدهای دو خوابه و سه خوابه می باشد .
انتخاب واحدهای آن توسط اعضای فاز 1 انجام شده و به سال 1383 تحویل گردیده است .
حسابی سر انگشتی نشان از آن دارد که جمعیتی بالغ بر 1000 نفر در این دو مجموعه سکنی گزیده اند .

just looked through the site, notice that the shahid keshvari town is part of this abshar minicity, all those fancy renderings with glass towers etc are all lies and just fake images , the reality are these brick towers

cheap dirty consultants really, they are so weak that they have to fool people by using unrealistic renderings and images, saddening, this is what iran has come down to

i crossed the sire when i was in esfahan 5 years ago, and the buildings were topped out, practically took them 5 years to finish the facade :lol:

some of the housing projects in west esfahan, now these are WAYYY better , they have some class and are professional, very simple and even maybe boring designs, but it looks "sangin" and not cheap

That Chinese Restaurant has been there for a few years. It is very beautiful but the food isn't great. There is another Restaurant right opposite it which has mazing food. :)
