Highway photo contest opens
Entries are invited for the Highway Infrastructure at a Glance photo contest, marking the Highways Department's 20th anniversary next June. Deadline for submissions is February 28.
There will be an open competition and school section. Entries can be either film photos or digital photos.
All entries should be submitted by mail or in person to the Highways Department, 2/F, Ho Man Tin Government Offices, 88 Chung Hau Street, Kowloon.
