I don't think so.
I really sure of this city is Cangas de Narcea in the province of Asturias near of Oviedo. ;)
It gives the coincidence that my mother is from Cangas do Morrazo :D

Damn, I hate to make mistakes.

I saw Cangas on the map so I typed it in Google and this was the best GTC that apparead. How should I know that there are two Cangas?

There are more of two Cangas, really the most known Cangas is Cangas de Onís in Asturias too ;)
