KEO has designed a major Commercial Shopping and Office Development in Sharq commercial area in Kuwait City. The site has an area of 23,000m2 and is bound by roads on all four sides. The Concept is a result of succ-essful resolutions of adaptive design strategies related to the environmental, urban, cultural and functional forces.

Commercial Shopping is provided around a terraced 3 story high Great Atrium, covered with a modular skylight providing ample natural light. Office towers are poised on slender columns and located on the three corners facing the two major streets. The development has a total built up area of 50,000m2. Parking is provided 1,200 cars in the basement.
