Yes I can see the difference but it is very subtle.

i think they will redesign the tower especially after the new hight limit law

this might be the reason behind the delay in the construction

Yeah interesting point of view but I don't think that they can make it that much taller since they have a small area. Maybe they will make it 40F ?

the original design is around 34 floors (from the render on the info board)

they might add 6 or 7 floors , which is even better ;)

u guys its beaucracy not redesign or anythin, there is too much corruption in our country, the private sector cant take it, so what they do is, do their projects out of the country, in the countries near by

The tower is located in the center of Kuwait City and consisting of 26 floors of (Office space Show Room), and it has been designed according to Smart Buildings System.

Total cost of the project: KD 14,000,000.

well it's quite hard to take picture of the tower as you see the tower located in very busy area besides the bus station make it even much more harder to stop and take a shot
