this is a huge building, but i don't know where on fahad alsalem street it's going to be located, that street doesn't have a huge lot for that building to be built on... :dunno:

If I am not mistaken, it will be somewhere between the Sheraton R/A and next traffic light (Muthana Complex), on the side of the sea, about 100 meters from the Salhia shopping centre.

Powerful name for a powerful design. This is one of my faves in Kuwait. It reminds me a bit of that proposed one for Dubai which never got approved. United Tower.

Yeah because I talked about these pictures beforehand which I found on TR Hamzah and Yeang's website and it was written in the website under the pics that these are for the Capital Complex. Skoulikimou confirmed that and he added that these are the old designs of the tower complex :)

Yeah I read that too. What they said was that this tower most probably will not be built but Salhiya Real Estate company has not given it's final word on that. The guy who said that also added that should the company change it's mind and decide to build this tower then they will have no problems in financing it.

This decision was made due to the fact that the company already has two projects to complete (Capital Complex and Al Raya Office Tower). The site of this tower is on Fahed Al Salem St. and six buildings used to be located on it which were torn down to make way for this project. Should the company decide not to build this tower then they will sell this project to someone else.

i dont think i was 70F , well i might be wrong .

because the land plot is somewhere around 3650 square meter and according to our beloved municipality the tower can't reach 70F

yup like you said dubliner and here it is:
وبين النفيسي ان 'الصالحية العقارية' مستعدة لبيع ارض المشروع اذا جاءتها فرصة جيدة للبيع، وبخاصة انها لا ترغب في الوقت الحالي البدء في تنفيذ المشروع، لكونها تركز كل مجهوداتها على بناء وتنفيذ مشروع العاصمة الذي يعد من اضخم المشاريع العقارية في السوق المحلي.

Yeah I hope that the company sells the project as a whole, as in the site and the design, so that someone else could build this fabulous project.
