^^ dov, what do you want? building in israel is expensive, you have high taxes, no money to "waste" on design..

i don't say the contrary but i thinks it's a pity and creates visual damage.
once again, when i see the billions we spend in france and germany to destroy these buildings,i feel sad that they are still building them in israel

^^ I wrot6e to you on the kiryat bialik post, that you get it wrong, Europe has communist era blocks and slums, while these apartments in israel are for middle upper class, we dont have space for 20 room chateau's in versailles..

what high taxes? and design prices shouldn't be that high - there are tons of starving architects, as you know very well.

^^ doesnt mean there are tons of developers willing to pay them or the builders for extra design features..

Hod Hasharon does lack in buildings, but what a cute city it is....

There is a very nice twin condo complex right next door to Kanyon Margalit Shopping Mall. I really dig the architecture! The sub-division behind the mall is gorgeous, and is so well kept. If I was raining a family in Israel, Hod Hasharon would be on the list :)

^^ yes it still has a small village feel when you walk even though it is growing extremely fast you still have some orange trees in the middle of the city..
