Hong Kong is surrounded by a lot of hills. As the bus emerges in the suburb of Shatin from Kowloon, you'll notice just how rugged the terrain is.

These towers are not very abundant around HK. For sure they won't be in the city since all the utilities are buried underground. So even during the most violent thunderstorms, the lights won't even flicker.

Actually, I perfer to take the Route no.1 Minibus, instead of the NWFB Bus Route no. 15 or the Peak Tram, from Central to the Peak. It is because the minibus route is the cheapest (HK$7.4, where Bus Route no. 15 costs HK$9.2 to the Peak) and the quickest way, althouth it is quite horrible when climbing ups and downs on Magazine Gap Road. :|

But you can get a better view of Hong Kong when you are on the double decker. :p

I hope KMB would keep some "hot dogs" in the future...

Do you mean non-AC buses? Nope. I was riding air-conditioned buses when taking all these photos.

But you can get a better view of Hong Kong when you are on the double decker. :p

You could be really mad to take this route as it passes the Queen's Road East which is always congested!!! :mad:

True true, but that area is congested with people as well...
