I have seen lots of picture so far of Tokyo and environs so far and one thing I noticed is that students' uniform are somewhat in the category of miniskirt. Are those full skirts that they just raised up or real miniskirts.

I believe these could be classified as miniskirts. But I must admit I haven't verified - they are a bit below my age range ;)
