Does any one know about any financing company whos financing the projects in ajman, like al khor tower.

Does Anyone know anything about the developers "National Center for Real Investment" as it seems a little bit of a unknown, there seems to be little or no information with regards to them anywhere

I've heard that this property including al nuaemniyah towers are built by ajman sheikh.
Still not sure about it.

Its been five months since your last post any updates on the Rashidiyah Towers I heard there were some delays, please post some recent pictures it would be greatly aprecitated

yes there were some delays because they had to improve the road conditions nearby and also there is a new bridge coming up near that place ....so there was a delay. Out of the 11 buildings most have been completed.. Only the last 3-4 left. I dont know about the interiors...

Thanks for post new pictures of Al Rashidiya! We are from Germany and have a flat in the B5 Tower of Al Rashidiya.
In the end of January it will be completed all now!? So we come to Ajman in February and visit our new flat.

I have an apartment in B3. I was planning on comming in Dec, they told me Jan,now when I spoke to them last week they told me not until Feb.
If I were you, I would not book a plane ticket for me and my family, until they confirm that it is ready. It could get expensive staying in hotels.
Although from the pictures it looks like your apartment is one of the more complete ones.
Punjabi Mafia said 3 or 4 of the buildings are still under construction, anybody know if B3 is one of them?

where are you from? We are in contact with Roger Wilkinson from Ajmanproperty.com! He said the last towers are finished Januar/Februar 2007.
We were at Al Rashidiya in August 2006 last time. I think the last buildings are B5, B6, B7 and B8.
Al people said the interior pictures are the same as the Al Naeymiyah Towers. There we had a 1 BR appartment first.

yup there are 3-4 buildings behind that are still under c. I have to check it out again.

all people there are very friendly! We were six times in UAE (Sharjah, Dubai, Ajman). We like the arabien people, the food and the very hot weather in the summer (above 45°C !!!).
In the near of are many shops, 2 Malls (Safeer Mall, City Centre/Carrefour) and many small stores. To beach ~ 2,5km (1,5 miles).

My friend in Dubai has phoned with the developer!!! Our building/flat B5 is not finished. They must wait for electricity and water. Then they`ll test the AC and the water pipelines for 2 days.
Today evening I`ll become more information.....

A sales manager called Javed said: The flat (B5 Tower) is finished in 4 weeks, or in 6 weeks, or in more..... :ohno: inshaaalah :bash:

Dear Orea 1, our tower A1 is going to handed over to us this week, while tower B1 is already handed over to owners on 23 Feb 2007, but they still not connected to electricity. No worries since this project is belong to Ajman Sheikh so we are in good hands.:)

funny. These towers remind me off a crossover between the JBR and Marina Diamond Towers. The interior hallways are so similar.

I asked some time back if everybody was happy with their investment. I looked at Ajman and the rock-bottom prices / sq ft compared to Dubai where very attractive but was not sure about the location.

What do the people who bought there think? Is it a nice area? How are the local Malls? What price / sq ft did you pay?

Who can say to me urgently whether tower b5 is completed and is ready for hand over, please ?? Where is the office of the developer in Ajman (adress) ?? Thanks !!

I handed over now my flat - but the quality is very bad !!! Even after repairs it looked still equivalent badly. The quality of Al Naemiya towers is much better !!! Take a look inside the flats of Al Rashidiya towers:

Why you people not approching consultant and not builder / contractor... regarding all quality supervision is the part of consultant... Its realy very bed quality of work manship...

This looks like as if it is an abandoned house in Europe which is not fit for

How can any developer handover an apartment in this condition? This is apalling and hope it's not the general standard of workmanship in ajman. The developer should be named and shamed.

You owners should not accept the handover of this appalling codition of poor workmanship. You must demand decent new flat. If you accept it without challenge they may carry on their disgrace quality finish; and cause problems for other purchasers.

all flats look in such a way .......
the A1, A2 and A3 tower are already longer handed over and nothing changed. Also all doors are + door frames in all other respects damaged and these also after request are not exchanged. Many buyers does not disturb this more disaster probably. At the best Al Rashidiya again leave and develop again.

the quality isn`t realy good at the bathrooms and the kitchen!

After having seen the picture above, I certainly would be reluctant to buy any property in that price category in Ajman. Really feel sorry for all those who had to pay for such a lousy flat

In regards to posting pictures you can use any of the free image hosting services on the web. I usually use imageshack

First, go to http://www.imageshack.us
Then up load your choice of Picture by using the Browse button.
After choosing your picture Click on the "Host it button"
when your Picture uploads you will see a list of choices, Choose the one with "Hotlink for forums" and copy and paste what you see into your message.

If you have any recent updates of the Ajman One project it would be greatly appreciated. We dont often get to see updates of the Ajman City area so I'm sure everyone will appreciate any efforts you can make.

Here is a tip.

If you want to test to see if your image host will allow you to post images in the forum, change the query string on the end of the image URL.

The query string comes after the image filename in the URL. For example in this URL: http://test.com/image.jpg?blah
the query string is "blah".

So if you had an image URL: http://test.com/yourimg.jpg
when you post it in the forum type:

By changing the query string of the URL you will force your browser to reload the image, rather then using a cached copy of the image. That is the problem with posting images from other websites sometimes is that if they do not allow hot-linking, you may not be able to tell because you are viewing cached image, while the other forumers won't be able to see the image at all.

This can get a little tricky with image URLs from some image hosts. Sometimes there is already a query string in the URL. If this is the case then just add "&blah" to the end.

For example, if the URL is something like this: http://test.com/gallery?id=1234
change it to this: http://test.com/gallery?id=1234&blah

Now of course all these URL's I have been giving as examples should be enclosed in [img] tags when you make your post. This way you will be able to see if the image is loading up or not.

And be sure to PREVIEW your post first, no sence in posting if the images do not end up being visable.

Luckycat, You are right. Falcon and Ajman peal do have a price difference.
Don't know why. If you have visited in October, you may be having some
feedback by now. Would be very helpful if I could have it.
