Need help to identify this project

I found them in [(pusopuso.com) design & presentation].In the beginning, I thought they are pictures for the Pearl but the island looks deferent and there is no golf course in the Pearl.

does any one know any thing about them.

One the titles of one of the pictures it said Souq Marina. But, there were pictures of castle-like buildings. Are those also in Qatar since their titles says gata but not qatar???

Looks like a proposal for the Losail Development (previously North Beach). The first picture might be an artists impression of what Al Alia island will look like after backfill and development. It's the larger island north of Safliya which is now part of the Pearl Qatar project.

That is absolutely amazing you guys. Dismanirie, how do you know that North Beach development is the same project as the so called Lusail development!! And seriously, way to go Qatar:)

Wait i know this project very well. Its .. umm.. wait.. umm..

there are bloody 8 or 9 exact same projects in dubai.. maybe 3 or 4 in bahrain and probably one already in qatar... god we need some creativity.. !!
