It's either called the E-Center or the Power Center, I can't remember. It's on the property next to the Playhouse near the Legislature. It looks like it's 3 new 8 storey office buildings, which is a big development by Fredericton standards. I don't know when they'll be able to build it, considering Frederick Square II is still waiting to break ground, but this is provincial government backed, so it may go up before Frederick.

I've never been to Fredricton but I've heard its a lovely little city.

Interesting... maybe by the next time I go back up there it'll be built.
I like Fredricton a lot.

I'll let y'all know if they break ground before I move, either this summer or next it looks like I'll be moving to somewhere in Ontario.

Looking promising...they've got an agreement with the province now. It sounds like the plans may have changed a bit, but the article in "The Daily Gleaner" (Fredericton's newspaper) I read mentioned that they'd probably break ground later this year. If I find the article online, I'll post it for you. ;)
