Oryx Apartments launches The Pacific

http://www.ameinfo.com/images/news/7/20077-pacific.jpg

Oryx Apartments announces the launch of its third off-plan freehold apartment building - with stunning views of the Dubai Marina Yacht Club.

With 27 floors of stylish apartments, The Pacific looks out over the bristling berths of the Dubai Marina Yacht Club, commanding views of some the most beautiful boats afloat, as well as the sumptuous nightlife of the Marina itself.

Just as every boat is different, so The Pacific has a wide variety of homes available to suit every taste and budget. From unique one bedroom duplex apartments to four bedroom triplex Waterfront Villas with private lifts, every property has been designed to give buyers something that has no comparison anywhere in the city.

'We sold out our first tower - The Atlantic in Dubai Marina - in record time because we chose not to create something with an excessive emphasis on over-the-top finishes that lead to inflated per square foot prices,' says Ray Hogan, Managing Director of Orxy Apartments.

'Instead, we aimed it squarely at buyers who want a home that is stylish, high quality, pre-fitted with modern conveniences, and ready to move into with the minimum of fuss. The Pacific follows exactly in these footsteps, but with the addition of the best yachting views in the whole of Dubai Marina.'

Floor plans include an excellent array of styles to choose from. One bedroom duplex (unique to the Marina) and one bedroom single story homes average 900 square feet. Two bedroom apartments start at 1,100 square feet, going up to a staggering 1,500 square feet. Three bedroom homes boast a massive 2,400 square feet of space, while the Waterfront Villas average 4,000 square feet.

Every home has allocated basement parking for residents and guests. Each has access to residents' facilities including pool, gym, saunas and steam rooms. And each home comes with a stylish fitted kitchen and modern conveniences fitted as standard.

At the same time, residents don't just have the luxury of seeing boats and yachts pass beneath them. Membership of the Dubai Marina Yacht Club - a private members club run to international standards - is open to local residents whether they own a vessel or not.

The Club will have 200 berths, and has been designed by internationally renowned design consultants, Hirsch Bedner Associates, incorporating a beautiful Moroccan theme, and offering the best private club facilities available anywhere.

Then there are the two miles of white sand beaches stretching away behind The Pacific. A five minute amble, these include the fine hotel-resorts, beach club and water-sports options of the Jumeirah coast. Add The Pacific's own private park, combining landscaped gardens with children's play areas and barbeque seating for residents, and The Pacific is an excellent addition to the Orxy Apartments stable.

Oryx seems to be churning about one apartment building after another in Dubai Marina like The Pacific (http://www.realestate.theemiratesnetwork.com/developments/dubai/the_pacific.php) and The Atlantic (http://realestate.theemiratesnetwork.com/developments/dubai/the_atlantic.php). I wonder which ocean they will name the next tower under as there are only the arctic, indian and southern oceans left. :)

With 27 floors of stylish apartments looking out over one of the most impressive yachting scenes in the world, The Pacific is a home buyers dream. Located directly opposite the bristling berths of the Dubai Marina Yacht Club, the building commands views of some the most beautiful boats afloat, as well as the sumptuous nightlife of the Marina itself.

Just as every boat is different, so The Pacific has a wide variety of homes available to suit every taste and budget. From unique one bedroom duplex apartments to four bedroom triplex Waterfront Villas with private lifts, the building has been designed to give buyers properties that have no comparison anywhere in the city – at the right price.

As with The Atlantic - the building’s fully sold out sister tower on the opposite bank of the Marina - The Pacific has been created without excessive emphasis on those over-the-top finishes that lead to inflated per square foot prices. Rather, it is being built to suit those who lead a modern life and want a home that is stylish, high quality, pre-fitted with modern conveniences, and ready to move into with the minimum of fuss – ensuring that every home is genuine value-for-money.

And what a superb array of floor plans and styles to choose from. One bedroom, two bathroom duplex homes average 900 square feet, with a further series of single story one beds, also at 900 square feet. Two bedroom apartments start at 1,100 square feet, going up to a staggering 1,500 square feet. Three bedroom homes boast a massive 2,400 square feet of space, while the Waterfront Villas average 4,000 square feet.

Add the rooftop swimming pool and open-air Jacuzzi on the 28th floor; the lounger comfort of the sun deck next to it; a 4,000 square foot gymnasium with the latest equipment; his and hers saunas and steam rooms; a children's play area with playpens and toys; as well as sensor lit, allocated basement parking, and you have a place you can call home-or home away from home.

There is more to The Pacific than huge open spaces, amazing views and excellent facilities. For the building is set in the 11 kilometres of uninterrupted waterside promenades and landscaped gardens of Dubai Marina – the place where the Arabian Gulf meets city-style on a grand scale.

The Marina is unique. It provides an incredible quality of life from the word go. How often is it that you can have a Ritz Carlton, Sheraton, Hilton and Grosvenor House Hotel for immediate neighbours? Where else are elegant shopping malls, diverse eateries and members only bars and clubs just a lift ride away? Unsurpassed luxury. Attention to detail. That is what living on Dubai Marina is all about.

At the same time, residents don’t just have the luxury of seeing boats and yachts pass beneath them. Membership of the Dubai Marina Yacht Club – a private members club run to international standards – is open to residents whether they own a vessel or not. what is Yacht Marina? (see map)

This is for sailing yachts as opposed to motor yachts which can pass below the bridges and access any area of the marina. Sailing yachts are restricted in movement by all the bridges.

I think we should put on the ON HOLD or NEVER BUILT section, the advert says:

"Located directly opposite the bristling berths of the Dubai Marina Yacht Club, the building commands views of some the most beautiful boats afloat, as well as the sumptuous nightlife of the Marina itself."

All plots has started or finished the construction in that area (Marina Wharf 1-2, The Point, The Marina Promanade, Al Sahab Towers), no more free plot there.

The Pacific has apparently been changed to Marina Wharf 2 and the design obviously changed as well,so can probably be put in the never built section.
