the City is the oldest part of London, and the main finanical district. like any neighborhood tour, there's probably some bleedover, especially because some pics were taken on a Jack the Ripper walk (during those days, meaning there were jurisdictional questions over whether Scotland Yard or the Metropolitan police should investigate.)
