For a few weeks a construction has been going on in Zincirlikuyu/Levent. I noticed it easily because it is clearly seen from Ulus, but for those who pass through Barbaros Avenue, it was harder to notice. But now it rose up quite a bit right behind Chrysler dealer close to Garanti Headquarters. The construction is so rapid it reached 15-20 storeys already. Is it a project we already know? i couldnt figure out.. Anyway here is a photo...

O bina arkadaşımın evine yürüyerek 1 dakika sürmez heralde. Yanından çok geçtim binanın tam bulunduğu yer çukur hemde çok çukur. Resimlerde bu denli gözükmesi şaşırttı beni, hiç gözükmez sandım. Binanın mimarisi oldukça ferah geniş ve heybetli. Güzel iş!

bu bina 4 bloktan oluşuyor ikiz değil dördüz yani.İnşaat mühendisi veya mimar arkadaş varsa açıklasın ben teferruatlı bilmiyorum.

Bina bitince ikiz olmayacak endişe etmeyin.

You know I'm against twins and I hate them. But this tower here isn't a real twin. ,) It reminds me of Atlantis Hotel in Bahamas because of the bridge-like connection between the two elements. Good work!!!

Bina bitince 4 çıkıntısı olan bir akordeon gibi gözükecek diye düşünüyorum,ikiz gibi gözükmeyecek. Gözünüz aydın ikiz degil.!!

Aslinda guzel bir bina,ama cukurun icinde kalmis,siradan bir apartman gorunumu veriyor.Yuksek bir yerde olsa daha cok dikkat cekerdi,daha guzel gorunurdu.

I think it is nice but location is wrong. This design with the high quality material it consists of, would look good in highrise suburbs of Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir.. But when it gets closer to Bosphorus you expect more.

Yangına müdahale etmek üzere Şişli, Beyoğlu, Beşiktaş, İstinye, Seyrantepe ve Mecidiyeköy itfaiye grupları ile Bakırköy'den köpük kulesi gönderildi.

Bellevue Rezidans'ın doğu blokundaki 21. ve 22. katlarda tadilat çalışmaları sırasında çıkan yangına, yaklaşık 20 itfaiye ekibi ve 100 itfaiye görevlisi müdahale etti.

Yangın itfaiye ekiplerinin müdahalesi sonrası 1 saatlik çalışmanın ardından kontrol altına alındı.

Olay yerinde çok sayıda ambulans bekletilirken, polis, rezidans ve çevresinde geniş güvenlik önlemleri aldı.

Yangın nedeniyle boşaltılan rezidanstan bazı kişilerin evcil hayvanlarıyla birlikte çıktıkları görüldü.

Öte yandan, rezidansta tadilat çalışması yapan 4 işçi, ifadelerine başvurulmak üzere polis merkezine götürüldü.
