This is not really next to Ramada. There is a considerable distance among the two.

i guess they really need these high rises in mankhool area, knowing the shortage of apartments. i would like to see such high rises in karama and satwa as well.

Nothing is happening here in more then a month, no activity and no workers at all ... and it's clearly visible that all the structural work is done. Only MEP, facade and interiors works left. :ohno:

Nope, total abandon. Maybe Al Yaqoub doesn't have enough money to fund this and their SZR Marriot Hotel tower. :runaway:
