Yes, a solar tower is planned in Fuente el Fresno, Ciudad Real. But the planned height is not 400 meters, is 750. In any case this was a new the past year but is on hold by the moment.

Endesa Termic looks very fat. In my opinion the Trbovlje Chimney ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trbovlje_Chimney ) looks more aesthetic.
