There's a recently built finess center (named MARUAY I guess, not sure) right next to Ari BTS station

Is the Terrace located between IBM and Maruay?

PS. How about that gorgeous condominium highrise (tubular shape) next to Ari station someone mentioned long time ago. Is it going to be built? or it's cancled?

5 months to from start to finish... I don't know how it compares to other similar projects but it sounds fast

Was the construction really started in Oct?
I took BTS to work few months ago but didn't see a construction lah!

As far as I remember, there's an old building located between IBM and Maruay.
Maybe it's that.

It's located right "next" to BTS Aree Station (on Maruay Plaza side).
