That is huge - i though this will be only one tower, but it looks like there will be three and some work will be done on that ugly metro building

Look back at the entrance to the metro - 100 meters from the end of the parking lot ...

Marek,
I spoke with the person in charge of REal Estate for the university of Sherbrooke (I work in corporate Real estate!!) It's supposed to be a 17 storey tower(should be completed by 2007) and a second phase with 14 floors in 2009!
It's gonna add some more density to the Longueuil skyline(if I may call it that!) :)

It could be the sixth depending on your definitions. I'm currently taking a course at Université Laval downtown. They have not got their own campus as such as they are utilising a training centre. But they do offer a number of courses in Montreal in French and English.

Holy Crap! I had no idea!
I don't think it's a question of "IF" Université Laval is gonna have a campus in Montreal, but more of a Question of "WHEN". I wouldn't be surprised if it were to be located on the island of LAVAL. (to compete against Université de Sherbrooke on the south SHore!)
