This is the project that I saw in Emaar's showroom in Riyadh few months back. They have not released any information about it yet. Maybe they are just waiting for a major event or exhibition to give the project more publicity.

Could this be a sales center of some sort, for Jeddah Hills maybe? Looking at the billboard, I see Turner Construction & Saudi BinLaden Group, both of which are massive constractors, and they are under the EMAAR logo...This has to be part of something much bigger.

I think this is nothing more than an artist impression that was comissioned by al-Oula before the auction.

I remember seeing a rendering of towers and residential mid-rise buildings for a propused project for Emaar in Jeddah. It was in Emmar KSA showroom in Riyadh. I'm not sure if that rendering is part of this Nakeel project or not. This rendering looks prettier anyways.

This is the Emaar project. It consists of 3 21-storey residential towers sitting on top of a large common podium, and surrounded by landscaped gardens.

Do we have, or will have, all that many companies to justify all these projects in every city all over the Kingdom ?!!!

Or is it a plan to redistribute the population, and also ease the conjestion of Downtowns and possibly demolish old buildings?!!
