Remeber how it said that former Arco Plaza was going to change it's name to City National Plaza [which already happened]. Nad that it was going to get special lightning. I don't know if you guys heard about the City National Plaza halo, some green line between them. Is this still in progress? Haven't heard about it in a while.

Select the "City National Plaza" project along the bottom row. It mentions the winning design is to be unveiled this year, but it doesn't appear that they have made any announcement yet.
