I haven't heard much more spoken of the EWT. What's happened with them, have they been approved by FAA or not? And if so, when is construction planned to happen? Anyone know anything on this?

Aviation Management Associates, Inc. (AMA), who was hired by Maclee Development to conduct studies on the project's compatibility with air traffic, deemed that some aviation problems exist, but also found that the complications could be solved. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) will perform studies on the project's heights and longitude and latitude to determine the building's potential interference with air traffic in and out of Miami International Airport.
