Interesting! Is this the final design? What’s with the watch-towers? I really hope they are not going to let stores SIGNAGE look like that – not good!

360 degree looks allot better then the above one with watch-towers, that’s for sure... It actually reminds me of Dubai Festival City Mall, some of it...

As for the water landscape and while it looks sweet; is it ideal?

Kuwait's weather and SAND STORMS; will the cost of cleaning "the water" over the years out-weigh the cost of construction? Or it's going to be left dirty looking and cleaned once a year?

Is this the kuwait 360 project really?? well.. at least the other one looks better, and i wonder why they have this island like with those parkings .. can't they just do a basement underneath the complex and expand the built area to make it bigger with more options .. I still think the Fanar is the best Tamdeen have .. and al kout is not bad actually ..

Construction costs.. cheaper to leave parking outside so people can get back to their cars and find them nicely-toasted in the sun.. Even more fun if you got leather seats.. oh yah!

Where is the Fanar and al-kout? cant find them on the forum, got links?

Al-kout is the country original name before it became Al-Kuwait rite?
