I dont really know how to use some of the equipments there... need 2 shed lots of kilos la... any volunteers to become my personal trainer for the day to show me how 2 properly use the equipments? :) at least for an hour or so?

You are better off without personal trainer as all PT stuff will usually charged you for their services..usually RM100 per hour.
Just based on the instruction on the machine. The rule of the thumb here. If you never or have not been exercise for a long time, go for the lightest one if its involve weight. Dont rush into lifthing heavy one as your muscle will suffer from fatigue later.
In summary. Go for a light exercise rather than moderate or vigorous. Then increase a little bit after a while. Your body will thank you later ;)

But the sales lady advised me to grilling up my unit.... :eek2: Is there any theft sneak into SM before??? Since this is a gated property, do we really need to grill up those lower level unit???

depends whether the flat will block the sun. definitely the air flow will not be as good as the higher floor. if you are willing to settle for that facing... why not take a higher floor.

It happen cause of the owner's negligence. But rest assure that after the incident there aren't any break in happen till now.
Yes...if you installing grill, your unit will look as if you are living in a jail. No doubt about that.

i think it is better to get a unit 1 floor from the ground and you are safe. You can see most of the Lanai's 1st floor onwards didn't put any grill...the unit that losed wallet + hp is the unit that facing the bungalow and the security guard hardly can notice it...

Both side will definitely be blocked by the other building. So, no direct sunlight..but if you buying MINDEF view, bear in mind that you might see a rentention wall as the MINDEF apartment is located on a slightly higher ground.
Better buy a higher unit if you can afford it.

You can buzz anyone of us..but dont buzz my unit as my internal phone broke down. Having issue that day as one of my friend drop by to visit me n I have to go down all the way to the guard house to actually acknowledge that they are indeed my friend :rant:

He.he..sorry for the wrong info. Non intended. It will be unit 6 n 7 that will not face the apartment directly. Unit 8 will have both the low cost n MINDEF view. Look at the wrong unit just now...

the best way to check is go to Jaysia's office and you can see it from the notice board that listed down..Units Under Renovation, Hand over key, Moved In...etc...

Level 2 for that unit...hmm...as it will be on a lower floor, i think there will be sunlight, no doubt about it, but mostly it will be block by both the low cost apartment n also the Lanai in front of the unit itself..hence the air flow is that okay.

depend on what kind of material you use...some of the material can prevent others to see thru regardless daytime or nighttime...
actually u still can open your windows when you sleep because usually you will off the light before you sleep and your room will become darker than outside and others cannot see thru...
Just go and visit some Lanai units, Ground floor or 1st floor and you will see what I meant...

Yup. That is the only place to put your compressor. No other place. On the lanai area, on the left or right of it, depends on which unit you have, there will be an extra space for you to put it there...

yeah.. the rain yesterday was quite bad. total "white out" during the peak time. One thing good... the lawn and roads inside SM were quite dry immediately after the rain unlike some other developments where you will have "ponding" or pools of water all over the estate after raining.

I gave them till Jan 3rd thinking maybe holiday not enough staff. But when they start asking stupid question really piss me off.
I called them everyday and it remain the same.
I called again today Jan 5th and told them it has been 5day, and the girl can even tell me our dateline to solve your case is Jan 7th!!!!!! :bash:

I guess it depends how soon do you want to stay in SM and your financial planning.
With 300K, you have 3 options - ready Jelatek/Lanai unit, Havanna - Oct 2006, or Savanna - end 2007/08.
With US increasing their interest rate, there is a risk of higher interest rate if you have a later delivery (since nowadays a lot of first year very low interest but build up to BLR ++ in Year 2/3), thus having a ready unit, you will have full amount on low interest in Year 1 vs. only 20-50% of the loan utilizing the low interest.

frankly... if the complex has a uniform look.. it's better for everyone and this is the core of community living in a condo. If one want to be different, go look for landed property where you can tear down the unit and rebuild it with or without a balcony.

the hole is half of your body length...they should install something like they used in the walkway outside Seri Maya. Welded steel cover to the ground but the cover can be opened for cleaning purpose only and cannot be removed...

In fact it is not easy to fix all WATER issues...and I can foresee next time we will have problem with water leakage issues after 18 months of warranty period as whole SM ground area are man-made cement and definitely sini sana dip dip water unless they use GRADE 1 material...
