Corruption in Vietnam

I'm sick of the level of corruption in Vietnam, it's rampant, uncontrollable and unavoidable. What could we do to improve the situation in Vietnam? Do you see the future of a Vietnam free of corruption?

I'm angry but even more sad because they're eating away Vietnam little by little and prevents her from achieving her full potential and derive better livelihoods for the Vietnamese people.

let's face it, corruption is a world's disaster, it happens everywhere (only in North Europe it seems that they can really control it though) In SEA VN along w Myanmar(burma) and Indonesia r the worst in terms of corruption level (i know that indonesia is worse than VN though).

Agree both hands with you. We can optimistic that VN's corruption level is still lower than Indonesia. Free of corruption is unavoidable. Northern Europe country has the level level of corruption but it's impossible to get it down to 0. Hope the corruption level is reduced as much as it can. Less corruption VN can fly higher and faster..... Let's Hope

This has been known since the dawn of time. There is no checks and balances in Vietnam political system that's why all the richest men in Vietnam are somehow head honchos of the Communist Party. Entrepreneurs are the richest in capitalist countries through their talents, knowledge and business skills. It is the opposite of totalitarian societies.

communism is about sharing with equal part, everybody have the same value and the same amount, seem now aday there are rich to the riches and poor to poorer the gap are un-speakable. the war and communism haven't change anything for the better, all head honchos of the Communist Party are wealthy, what is the point of being the riches while the country are at the poorest of the poor that have nothing, it is in the sad state of mind, they can own hundred of car billion of dollar a few dozen of wife and a massive platoon of whore to go around, it will come to the point that you said to yourself what is the point of being rich with no one to play with, inside the country you think you are somebody outside people are stepping all over you with no respect. for all the vietnamese north or south the war was the biggest mistake of our kine, we have destroy ourself as a nation, people are laughting at us. it made me mad sometime when a white person or any other country talking bad about vietnam and it people regardless north or south we all came from one ancestor, we all are Vietnamese.

I am studying in western country this year. I think they will also have corruption. I didnt pay any bribe to anybody. Not at airport, or for police, or for officials.
