Ok guys Still as I said before for many new projects, nothing new.

I don't disagree with building small buildings but at least they should look cool otherwise they do not deserve our comments since there are millions of such towers in jeddah, Riyadh (specially), Khobar and other and if we gonna comment about such simple buildings, I believe that we need to open 1 million new thread :lol:

Well, nothing is impressive about this one but it is alot better than Massarat and Farsi towers. I'm also okay with Diar Al Bahr :).

Anyways, the only reason we are discussing all of the ablove buildings is because of their height. Otherwise, I agree, they all range from ordinary to ugly.

i think the night light will be great in cornich dream.

The Tower is scheduled to be completed within 45 days.

Last apartment has been sold 3 or 4 days ago for 9 million. (575 sqm).

The tower is very luxury and classy from inside.

I believe it is the best tower in Jeddah... might be from outside not beautiful as Lamar or Damac tower...but from inside absolutely unbeatable.

The material that been used to build the tower is extremely strong... and the frame is steel structure.

The number of apartments in that tower is small comparing to the other towers that are expected to show up in the next few years. The reason is the smallest apartment here is 550 sqm.

This Project Cornich Dreams, the last pictures you put was like 6 months ago...I will try to have more up to date photos from outside...but the chances to have some are very slim...for being in Canada now.

because this type of decorations (royal or classical) demand a big large chandeliers, otherwise there will be a significant thing missing
I noticed from the pics that the ceiling is so low;therefore, the chandeliers gonna be in every one level (specially tall ppl like me :) )

Jet lag?? Don’t tell me you are stuck in Toronto snow storm,,as far as I know, there is no flights delays, there is flights cancellations.

Anyway, my apartment ceiling height is 3 meter high, the other apartment ceiling height is 2.7 m.

There are 107 apartments in that tower, only 4 apartments are 3m ceiling height.

Thanks saudi guy, actually mine located in the first residential floor "south" 10 meter height from the ground floor...it's facing the swimming pool plus the fall and the first residential floor is the only 3 meter ceiling height.

The one you talking about is my family apartment north and high and 2.7 meter ceiling height.

btw I am 1.85 height :)

I prefer the simple and modern interior designs but I still like your apartment. I also like the outside landscaping and the sea view.

لا هو خالص من زمان لكن الصورة اعجبتني وحبيت اضيفها في المنتدى والهدف هو تحريك القسم والمشاركة باي شئ جيد
انا حاليا في الرياض كل يوم امر من عند جامعه الاميرة نورة ومركز الملك عبدالله واقول بوقف واصورها واقول خليها بعدين لكن ان شاء الله يوم من الايام اصور جميع المشاريع الي في الرياض وانزلها باذن الله

انا اليوم لما امر من مركز الملك عبدالله المالي راح انزل صور ان شاء الله
و عندي صور للبرج اللي على طريق العليا انزلو كمان ان شاء الله

بعد اسبوع ان شاء الله راح اصور كل المشاريع ألي في الرياض
