I hate it. This tower destroys Berlin's magnificent historical skyline. The way it brutally sticks in the middle of Mitte, makes me consider it as a DDR's parody of parisian Eiffel Tower. Maybe in some other city, eg. Frankfurt, arounded with skyscrapers, it could fit better... but in this very spot - No, 1/10.

When ever I see this when I fly into Berlin, I am happy in the knowledge I am about to land in Berlin. It is a great building and a classic in the skyline of Berlin. I can't imagine a Berlin without it. 9/10

Everytime I go to Berlin I join the top and n-joy the beatiful view - Always astonishing!

I especially like Berlin during the Festival of Lights, why can't it always looks like this?? It's so amazing!

I am somehow really fond of this tower. I like it's simple and sleek lines and the ball at the top is very unique. The entrance is so cool as it still retains it's communist architecture and design. Now, I'm not a fan at all of communist architecure, and it almost all situations, they look ugly and oppressive. But somehow this one really works.

It's location is fantastic on one hand being between Alexanderplatz and a park, but on the other the generally unrelated building around the base forms a barrier between Alexanderplatz and the park.
