At the moment things are a bit chaotic. More pictures will come of the other cities in the region and things will be improved.

Enjoy, be critical and give suggestions.

Thanks :)

Im a bit of a realist so i dont approve of the airport being next to downtown because thats just unrealistic otherwise looks good.

True. Though a lot of this city (Northend) was a experiment. I mean now i am almost on 1 000 000 sims and transport is perfect. Adding more parks and public services all the times.

thanks for your comment.

will do in more detail later, though at the moment all taxes for residential and commercial are at 6.3%. All audiances are on except Nuclear Free.

I am earning +- $50 000 a month.

Will put more screen shots up as well.

Impressive city!! Good work on the transit! You hardly have any congestion at all.
Question: do you build only large hospitals or smaller medical clinics aswell?
And do you build larger schools only or smaller ones aswell? I can imagine you would only build larger ones in such a city.

I build big schools only.

With the hospitals i have downloaded one from STEX that can hold like 70 000 sims. Its massive, and costs a bit more than a large hospital, but does the job, and is realistic. I have 2 of them in Northend:

You can see one in the bottem left hand corner, it seems to have a yellow dot on it.

Yeah, you you could almost DECREASE THE DENSITY in the outer CBD and make some 'burbs.

You have made great job, but for example Northeand is the ocean of skyscrapers, it doesnt look realistic. But i give 8, metro area looks good :)

Exactly...why do many people come up with oceans of skyscrapers...I mean it's not realistic. I would like to see a big city with a downtown and a sprawl of apartment blocks with some scattered tall apartments...and as the farther away you get from downtown...the density keeps decreasing and there are homes in the outskirts...and then nice suburbs around it....that would be a automatic 10!!! REALISTIC!!!

If you want a huge city...you can go either way...build a city with lots of skyscrapers in ONE AREA and apartments (mid-rise or tall apartments) surrounding it and you can build other medium sized cities around it and then built suburbs...or you can do a Los Angeles style all about size. Built a region and fill that region with a massive sprawl of low density and the core with a high density. This is what I always try to do...and if some one builds a city like this....it's an automatic 10...

I want to slowly go lower. to give it more look. but in steps 1 and 2 i still want its to be high, and probably for a few more along that top strip. But below it, i want to make it suburbs.
