View Full Version : LA's CBDs
Manila-X January 6th, 2006, 05:16 AM I think I noticed about LA is, the city has alot of CBDs. Instead of having one concentration, you got several CBDs in other parts of the city.
Here are some
within LA
Century City (which I think is LA's 2nd downtown or midtown :))

Manila-X January 6th, 2006, 05:36 AM El Segundo and Long Beach are their own cities but they are within LA County :) Anyway, just wanna discuss other CBDs that are around LA, Orange, Ventura and San Bernardino counties. There are alot!

klamedia January 6th, 2006, 11:15 AM What a wierd ass pic. Can only be LA! I don't think attributing other cbd's as part of Los Angeles is fair, even if we just happen to share the same county. Also, Santa Monica is not LA nor is Glendale and Burbank, they just happen to be adjacent to a city whose name is also the same as the county. Nice pics though.

Santa Monica, Glendale and Burbank are independent cities but they are still part of LA County ;)

Very true, in fact I look at LA as of the few major cities where the downtown area is not the major centre of activity!
But that's the thing I like about LA. It has alot of CBDs and urban sprawl :)
Imperfect Ending January 6th, 2006, 01:30 PM Century City and Westwood are kinda connected
Manila-X January 6th, 2006, 03:11 PM Century City and Westwood are kinda connected
They are but the skyline isn't :)
FROM LOS ANGELES January 6th, 2006, 06:12 PM Out of those Century City and Long Beach are the best ones.
