Al-Abrar Towers Located in distinguished central location in Al-Aziziya Street, Shisha suburb, near the Holy Mosque and the Jamarat area. The project consists of 7 towers containing 520 units. It features all the essential utilities and facilities such as car parking and separate elevators for each tower. There are also business centers for men and ladies, special guest sweets, conference room, entertainment center, events hall, gymnasium for men and ladies, a library, mailbox room, warehouses, service office, and a big shopping mall including offices and banks.

when they start construction

According to the Gulf Construction website, the foundation work is expected to start this year.

^^ never seen this projectand i do not think it is under construction. anyway it is written that it is in azizeyya, makkah (3km far from haram) and very close to jamarat bridge. I know this area well so i will look at it soon inshallah to chec.

By the way, I like this tower. at least it looks good and does not matter the height but you feel that there is something NEW (I mean design is different than other buld towers designed by contractors not arch. engineers) and that is what i was talking about :banana:

تحتل أبراج الأبرار موقعا متميزا على شارع العزيزية بحي الششة بالقرب من الحرم المكي الشريف ومنطقة المشاعر ومنطقة الجمرات مما يجعلها تتوسط المناطق المقدسة.

يتكون المشروع من 520 وحدة سكنية في ثمانية أبراج تتوافر فيها كل المرافق والخدمات الضرورية وبتصميم يراعي الخصوصية والتميز. كما تتوفر مصاعد خاصه لكل برج ومواقف من طابقين للسيارات.. تحتوي الأبراج على مركز لرجال الأعمال ومركز لسيدات الأعمال, الأجنحة الخاصة للاستقبال, قاعة محاضرات ومؤتمرات, مركز ترفيهي, صالة للمناسبات الخاصة , صالة رياضية للرجال وأخرى للسيدات, مكتبة , غرفة خاصة بصناديق البريد, مستودعات للتخزين, مكتب لإدارة الخدمات كما يوجد مركز تجاري كبير يضم الشركات التجارية والخدمية والبنوك.

ويتميز المشروع بمايلي:-

-يتميز موقع أبراج الأبرار بقربه الشديد لمنطقة المشاعر المقدسة ,منى والمزدلفة وعرفات .

-لا يفصل مشروع أبراج الأبرار عن الحرم المكي الشريف سوى (3) كيلومتر.

-تبلغ المساحة الإجمالية للمبنى 77171 متر مربع .

-تتكون أبراج الأبرار من (8) أبراج سكنية متصلة ببعضها من الداخل .

-يبلغ عدد ادوار الأبراج (27) دور .

-يبلغ عدد الوحدات في كل دور من(14-16) وحدة سكنية.

-تم تخصيص دورين تجاريين في المشروع.

-بالإضافة إلى الميزانين تم تخصيص دور للمصلى والمطاعم ودور خاص بقاعات الاجتماعات.

-يحتوي المشروع على عدد 21 مصعد.

-يتوفر في المشروع عدد(10) خزانات للمياه وذلك لتوفير في جميع الأوقات في حالة الانقطاع المفاجئ للمياه

In fact, even with some (funny) mistakes, having the google translator is better than having nothing at all for people who don't understand arabic.

^^ Honestly I have not seen this tower yet and if I did not see it, It means that it is not noticable :lol: plus it is not known in Makkah at all.

Maybe it is not that huge as the render shows it. Wallahu a'alam
