how many stores will their be total or availabale? i dont really think on july 15 when they open that all should be opened personally if their is a new brand or restaurant that opens like once amonth after that it will keep it exciting for the visistors....for example rather than have full 100 percent ocupancy people come and than lose interest

Situation though has worsened in the corruption led PPP government but is not as bad as you have portrayed. Of course if we ought to grow this is an allied stuff. Despite this we have seen average 3-4 pc growth which can be increased considerably with better management.

An agreement was signed between PakGulf Construction Pvt Limited and MCR Pvt Limited for the opening of Pizza Hut at the Centaurus Mall. The signing ceremony took place at The Centaurus’ sales and marketing suite, here in Islamabad.

Centaurus mall can occupy around 170 - 200 outlets and they only have leased a fraction of that so I think there would be enough space for more international brands, large spaces like department store etc.. are still not occupied. Lets see what happens in the next few months as 15 July is not far way. :)

Atkins are top-class architects but they're expensive - both in terms of the price of getting a project designed by them and to build it to their quality specifications. That's why I'm surprised that The Centaurus is still being built in this time of economic collaPPPse.

So, Al fatah will open in Centaurus Mall, its nice supermarket with mostly imported products (There are 2 Al Fatah in Lahore i.e. Liberty & Y-block, DHA). EDEN ROBE will also open there...

the exterior cladding is not world class but still will do the job, but the interior is just plain ugly to be honest! :bash:

Well based on the availability and facilitation of fire brigade squads in Pakistan, I will not prefer to live in high rises, much better to rent a portion of a house there, I myself lived with my family in an open basement of a house in Islamabad. Moved abroad in 2007

Less than 1 month remaining now in opening of Centaurus Mall. They have added new brands scheduled to open in the mall, mostly Pakistani brands...

I'm surprised that there are still 100 apartments left unsold even though the building is nearly complete. If the economy had been good all apartments would have sold out in a few hours before construction even started.

If I had some spare cash I would have loved to buy an apartment in this building. There's little chance of another project of the same quality being built in the near future.

Without the fabulous hotel, these apartments are not worth the asking price because it remains a half-completed project.
