In the Urban Photo Contest Grand Finale 2005 probably is a HK-pic which is just stolen from a book...

I seriously doubt that #49 (Symphony) is taken by E=mc² !!!
Except he is photographer for Pacific Century Puplishers LTD
wich puplished books like "Over Hong Kong" and "Hong Kong thru a pamoramic eye"

I'm 98% sure i saw this pic in one of these books b4.

The potographer's location is on one of the following 3 locations:
-1.: rooftop of Peninsula Hotel...due to security reasons (it's a heli platform) it's impossible to take more than a snapshot from there. they asked me to take no pics from there b4 the heli lift off. However, i snapped some.
-2.: from meeting room of Heliservices (hong Kong) Ltd. on top floor of the same Hotel, BUT: there is no unobstruckted view due to many columns between the windows.
-3.: from "Felix" restaurant one floor below heliservices. i was there 2 times...
almost all of the time the blends are down and also big columns give no unobstucted views. and no view to the west!

So, i'm very sure this pic was taken from rooftop...the heli-platform of Heliservices.
and the pic must have been taken by Pacific Century Puplishers which use Heliservices to make their books.

Now it's on u to proof me wrong or right! (E=mc² is a PCP-Photographer )

And dont tell me it is taken from "Aqua" restaurant of 1 Peking Rd...would b impossible or else u would see Peninsula Hotel on the left part in that pic...

Nonetheless it's a fantastic pic! i just not willing to give credit to someone who might only have stolen that pic...

yea, i am pretty sure i saw the exact same pic in HKTA (hk tourism association)

It seems either E=mc² took that pic and handed it over to the HKTA and posted it here, or he just knicked it from there. Most likely the last.

Yes, although I thought it was the best pic....I didn't vote for it as I thought their was a great chance it wasn't by him.
