That is a plaza called Plaza Francia. It was called Plaza Altamira, but then they renamed it to Francia in honor to the visit Charles de Gaulle made to Venezuela in 19??.
Gustavo March 19th, 2003, 05:20 AM I think that this is a building that catches everyone's eye. It is very polemis some hate it others love. In my opinion it lacks elegance, it is too big, too chunky, too bulky for the sorroundings.
