Al Madar Tower

Unlike traditional office building designs, the floor space of the 24-level Al Madar Tower increases as the building ascends. The 23rd office floor is 17 percent larger than the second floor.
“The unusual cantilevered design is visually appealing and has also maximised the floor space in the building,” cites Inany.
Constructed on a relatively tight ground footprint of 3,479 square metres, the building will provide 16,000 square metres of floor space and parking space for 259 cars.
The facades are dressed with high-performance double glazed curtain walls with large louvres on the side elevations to reduce glare and heat load.
The design of this building is nearly complete. GHD is providing the client, Ali Abdullah Al Mashhadi, with architectural and engineering design services, documentation, tender process management and contract administration through to final certification.

Yes, Qatar Son 333, the tower is very nice, and i did work about it.
Unfortunately, the italian MEP subcontractor for which i worked is literally "escaped", and i have not been able to see the end of job.
If you want, you can see a little part of my works at: http://www.epartners.an.it/leggi_commenti.asp?id=464
and you can download some shop drawings.
I hope that someone uploads new photos of the Al Noor tower.
Bye.
