I'm sure that this will happen as already a lot of projects are either being constructed or are scheduled to be built on that street. I think that Al Salhiya Real Estate owns at least 6 plots of land on that street which used to have old buildings but were demolished.

Kuwait Super Block was supposed to come up in that area but I think that they are going to sell that plot of land now. But still I can't confirm anything :dunno:
