The conserved 2-storey colonial style house turned-clubhouse in Draycott 8 is 16,000 sq ft and is the largest in Singapore for a condominium project. It houses a mahjong room, a few billiard rooms, theatre lounge, verandah, an exclusive resident’s wine cellar, cigar terrace and a japanese onsen room.

From the entrance driveway towards the condominium, I could see a slope fountain decorated with spectacular purple lights right at the foreground of the clubhouse. It actually makes the clubhouse look like a pub, it reminds me of Chijmes. It has got to be the most beautiful condominium clubhouse in Singapore.
